The paddle boards and kayaks made for fantastic outdoor fun on the lake, especially with the well-kept beach area. Spacious rooms feature impressive lake views, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation, perfect for families.

The room, while spacious, fell short on family functionality—poor lighting made it difficult to navigate after sunset. The pillows were limited for the number of guests, and I received a sheet instead of a blanket, which didn’t cut it for comfort. Additionally, noise from adjacent buildings slightly marred the view I had hoped for, proving frustrating for a returning guest. Amenities like the pool closed early at 4 PM, requiring wet swimsuits to trek back inside for refreshments, and the lack of restroom access around the pool area was inconvenient.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the breathtaking lake views from our King Room and took advantage of the complimentary kayaking. The spacious room was well-equipped, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved, as we noticed some dust in corners upon arrival.

We loved the classic lake view room! It was spacious and had all the amenities, like a mini fridge and sofa. The location is perfect, just a short drive to Quebec City. The hotel restaurant was great for breakfast too. The only bummer was the bed. it could use an upgrade because we didn’t sleep too well.

Great for family fun seekers

The stay was nearly perfect. My teenage daughter and her friend had a blast using the pool table and going ice skating at night, felt like kids again.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but kind of worth it.

entourage sur-le-lac is perfect for families! the king room with lake view was stunning, and being right on the lake with a lovely beach made it even better. we loved using the provided paddle boards and kayaks to explore. the service was friendly, adding to our great experience.

The views from the Queen Studio were breathtaking! However, we experienced some cleanliness issues in the room. For families, the nearby ski rentals made it a convenient spot. I recommend checking in during the week for less crowded slopes. Keep an eye out for the complimentary breakfast hours!
